Peekadoodle Parent Organization
What is the PPO?
The PPO is an organization that is run by parent volunteers and is similar to a traditional PTA. Our main purpose is to organize enriching activities that extend beyond the school’s curriculum. It is important to note that the PPO is completely separate from Peekadoodle and that the PPO is applying for non-profit status. Our mission is the following:
The Peekadoodle Parent Organization is made up of Academy, Prep, and Mini-Prep parents. We are committed to strengthening our Peekadoodle community through increased communication and parent involvement. We are a separate entity from the school and our funds are segregated. Together with Peekadoodle, we will help shape and enhance our children’s and families’ experiences during this special time and prepare our preschoolers for an exceptional future.
The Peekadoodle Parent Organization is a group of parents from Mini-Prep, Prep and Academy that are focused on enhancing our families’ preschool experience through supplemental activities, communication and support. The PPO activities are separate from the preschool curriculum and the organization of parents runs several committees designed to encourage community within the school.
