Fulton Frog: older 2 year olds

Our youngest Academy students attend 5 days per week. In this class, we develop confidence and independence at school, as we explore our “school self,” and learn about what is expected from us in the classroom environment. Our curriculum is based on a balanced approach, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn through play and teacher guided activities.

Margaret Mole: 3-4 year olds

As our little ones gain independence and confidence, they move into our 3’s class. Named for one of our mascots, Margaret the Mole, this class focuses on choice, will, and independence. Our days are filled with developmentally appropriate activities that stretch the minds of our little learners and introduce them to concepts that they will continue to build upon throughout preschool and beyond.

Kendi Kangaroo: 4 year olds

Our 4 year olds begin to lengthen their school day as they prepare for pre-k. In this class, we focus on social and emotional learning and peer scaffolding. We begin to explore how we can learn from our friends, and how we can communicate how we feel. We will also dive into academics that are designed to prepare students for pre-kindergarten, while instilling a lifelong love of learning.

Oswald Owl - Pre-k (TK): 4-5 year olds

In our Pre-K (TK) class, we prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. Our desire is for our students to enter kindergarten with excitement and confidence. In this class, we work on the forms and functions of pre-academics, while developing a strong sense of self. We ask and answer questions about who we are as learners, how we can learn more, and what we know about pre-academics.
